If good planning, implementation, management and mobilization of locally available resources are done, then a combination of these factors rapidly excel the development of any place, even without active participation of government and donors. Dhulikhel has proved to be such an example. This is also the main theme of this book. I have taken this book as to be a short presentation of a lengthy work.
